Move-In Costs

Deposits (refundable): Security deposits are determined by credit score. If your credit score is above 600, the deposit will be $300. If your score is between 550 and 600, the deposit will be $300 + two month’s rent. If your credit score is below 550, we are not able to work with it. We are not able to determine your deposit until you have completed the application and it has been screened.

Pets: If you have a pet, you will also be charged an additional pet deposit of one month’s rent and a pet fee of a non-refundable $250.

Administration fee: An administration fee of $190 is charged to all new move-in’s. This includes someone moving in with an existing tenant, whether it is a roommate, spouse, or significant other.

Pro-rated rent: Your first month’s rent will be pro-rated based on the number of days during that month that you will live there. For example, if you move in on the 15^th of the month, your rent will be broken down into a daily rate and you will be charged the daily rate for the 15^th – the end of the month.
